Your attendees are lead through a creativity seminar by professional Artist Drew Harris. At The Art of Business workshop participants have an opportunity to let go of traditional ways and tap into their creative side. Delegates are each given their own individual canvas on which to explore.
Creativity comes in many forms; some individuals find the process of creating very natural while others need a hands-on approach in defining their capabilities, especially within a group environment and most especially amongst their peers. For most the utterance of “I couldn’t draw a straight line if my life depended upon it” is by sheer nature, a defense mechanism employed in order to deflect an engrained way of thinking that has been with them from childhood. In order to dispel any such engrained notions of personal creativity Drew Harris will begin with the basics of creative thought as employed by the most serious of artists. Drew will ask each individual to describe them -self in one word. Thereby the creative process begins. Through word association they will be asked to paint an image or feeling. Perhaps it is one word that they believes best describes them. Or it could be their favorite color, flower, animal, memory etc.
Through a series of artistic obstacles participants will learn to free themselves and explore their creative intuitions. Participants will be able to keep their canvas in memory of this powerful experience.
