It's about experience! Nancy Marino Benn has been in the event business for over twenty years. In that time she has managed and produced high profile events for many of CanadaÆs business leaders. She was the producer for the Second City in Toronto as well as the architect & executive producer of the Second City's Business Communications division. Currently Nancy is a professor of Meeting & Events at Humber College.

Deborah Kimmett is a highly entertaining and gifted Improv teacher and communicator. She is twenty-three year veteran of the infamous Second City who co-developed the Corporate Workshop Program as well has having directed and acted in numerous Second City shows
A humorous and accomplished lecturer and instructor she teaches The Business of Yes workshops where participants learn how to Create A Risk Taking Culture and Stop Listening Competitively.
She also teaches a humourous and interactive seminar called Minding Your Business: Stop the Mind Reading. Start Minding your Business
Kimmett has lectured at Richard Ivy Business School, Ryerson, Queen's University and Ottawa University. Her clients include: IBM, The Royal Bank, Pepsi, Imperial Oil, Nestles, Xerox, McNEIL. She has been profiled in the Globe & Mail’s Financial Report On Business and City TV Media Television.
She is a working writer, actor and director. Her play Miracle Mother was nominated for a Governor General Award and she is touring her one-woman show Geographically Bi-Polar.
